Using a Baltic Porter base brew, the aging process for this beer imparted intriguing flavors that frankly surprised us when we started tasting the evolution. Even though the beer looks dark, it has a sweet bourbon-forward, dry finish, the will leave you with roasted, sweet, and smoky notes all at once.
